appreciation!

this is due to the event [CANDY BANK] held by Student Council last week, in conjunction of Valentine's day. i suddenly realized that i had owed my committed members a big THANK YOU!

first, Leo n Harmonie. thanks for being supportive throughout the event. when we were cracking head preparing and stuff, thanks for standing beside us and do all the admin work, like confront those SEGi people for us. thanks.

next, ChiauSim. the person that i appreciated most! thanks for allowing me to throw any ideas that randomly appeared in my head, and also figure out the whole idea to carry the event out! thanks dear. without you, the event cannot run so well! and frankly speaking, u had improved compared to last time. i observed that u had the charisma to become a leader and you are now able lead the whole team to do certain project! good job!

i had a bundles of committed members too! Chan n LJ, thanks for the hardwork u had put in to get sponsorship for ice cream. even though it sounds impossible to get sponsorship at last min, but u all still managed to get it! applause!! and to Chan, he's quiting after this event. though recently his attitude did bother me and drive me mad, but he's really someone who is trustworthy and responsible. well, maybe i think this may be the end of our friendship due to some personal reason that he doesn't want to share, im still grateful that i knew him.

okie, skip the emotional part. comes to Joshua! whoa he's really talented! he wrapped the bouquet of lollipop, which really looked like those bouquet sold in florist shops! apart from that, he even decorated the place into a "romantic" and "Valentine's day" booth! it was the most beautiful booth that i had ever seen in SEGi! coz normally people will just put up poster. but he even did an arch with pink and purple balloons, to create such atmosphere and attract people to buy!

thanks to CK too! he baked the delicious muffin everyday! i wondered how long he had spent on baking those muffins! thanks to CK and Kristy! thanks to Pooi Yee for taking care of the toast too! it was the best selling of the day! last but not least, Winnie the new member is our weapon now! muaahhahaha! because she has a mesmerizing and charming smile that i bet all guys will fall for it! so right, she used her best weapon and trapped a few stupid guys to buy something from our booth! haha, salute her man! hooray! special thanks to Jevin n CK for the bass and speaker as well. our speakers in college are old citizen d...playing music loudly did attract some crowd! next time we should do it more often!

i felt guilty coz i didnt help a lot in the event. but honestly speaking, this is the first SC event that i had enjoyed! i can see all the members helping each other and hold strong to our motto: by the students, for the students! and i had heard that a few of them are quiting soon. so i apologize for that, maybe they do not like the way i lead the event or stuff. so anyways, STUDENT COUNCIL ROCKS!
